Visitors to Las Vegas' Caesars Palace must have thought they were seeing double when Celine Dion posed besides a waxwork model of herself.

Dressed in a gown the Canadian songstress wore to the 1998 Oscars, the figure was so lifelike even her husband Rene Angelil seemed a little startled by the likeness.

The unveiling of the model was one of the highlights of a charity performance by the singer to celebrate her 500th show in the desert city. Customers paid up to $5,000 per seat to hear Celine perform, raising $1 million for local charities.

At one point during the concert the chanteuse sang a "duet" with Frank Sinatra, which included a larger-than-life appearance by Ol' Blue Eyes himself, with the late crooner's image projected on a screen behind her.

Celine's multi-million dollar contract runs out at the end of 2007, when she plans to move to an ocean-front home that she and Rene are building in Florida. "I'd love to tour again and I'd love to do movies. It's just a matter of timing," says the mother-of-one. "Let's finish here, let's get my son Rene-Charles in school in Florida, take a break, maybe have another baby. Then we'll see."
