Two of European society's most glamorous young women were brought together this week when Charlotte Casiraghi and Athina Onassis de Miranda both turned out for a showjumping event in Monte Carlo.
Monaco's stylish 19-year-old was snapped with her boyfriend Felix as they watched her homeland's international jumping competition on Thursday afternoon. The pretty brunette, who often competes in such events herself, is well-known for her love of equestrian sports.
She wasn't the only society stunner turning heads at the tournament, though, as the much talked-about Onassis heiress was also on hand. The young billionaire was sticking close by her husband, Brazilian champion Alvaro Alfonso de Miranda Neto, as top riders from all over the world strutted their stuff in the Riviera principality.
Athina shares an apartment in Sao Paulo with her leading man, but the pair have become regular visitors to a variety of European countries as they work hard on perfecting their equestrian skills. Doda, as he is also known, has already proven his talent, having won medals at both the 1996 and 2000 Olympics, while his youthful bride is currently putting all her energy into landing a place on Greece's team for the 2008 Games.
