Although actress Tori Spelling denies reports she is expecting a baby, her mothering instinct seems to be thriving. The patter of tiny feet catching the attention of the 33-year-old star and her Canadian husband Dean McDermott at the weekend, was not that of toddlers, however, but of four-legged little ones.
The So Notorious star, who has her own seven-year-old pug, Mimi La Rue, stepped out with Dean to a benefit for an animal rescue organisation in Malibu.
Chic in a sheer cranberry summer dress, Tori had soon befriended a small canine called Guido, just one of the pooches in need of a home, and currently being cared for by the Serra Retreat.
While she is currently lavishing her affections on homeless pooches, the daughter of the late Aaron Spelling makes it clear that she's keen to have a baby of her own with Dean. "We would love to further expand our family in the future," reveals Tori. Her husband is already dad to seven-year-old Jack and a one-year-old Lola, his kids from a previous marriage to Canadian celebrity chef Mary Jo Eustace.
