Glamorous mums Victoria Beckham and Katie Holmes have been enjoying a break from parenting by taking time out together in the French capital. Partners Tom and David were both left holding the babies after the stylish ladies met up in the City of Light for a spot of retail action.
Over the next few days the fashion-conscious pair will also be checking out the latest trends on show at Paris Fashion Week. And the A list twosome were looking appropriately chic when they were photographed chatting warmly as they left their hotel on Thursday afternoon.
Victoria has been pals with Katie since 2005 when the actress first started dating Tom Cruise, who is a friend of the British couple. Having spent most of this year at home in LA awaiting the arrival of her little girl Suri, the Batman Begins actress was no doubt delighted with the chance to enjoy a girlie getaway.
America's showbiz columns are meanwhile awash with reports the Tinseltown couple are planning two new joint productions. According to newspapers stateside the loved-up pair are planning to make a movie together and have a second child. For the time being, however, the brunette beauty seems happy to concentrate on the simple pleasure of spending some quality time with her English chum.
