There have been rumours circulating for a while, but now Tori Spelling and her Toronto-born husband Dean McDermott have shared their happy news with the rest of the world. Tori is expecting their first baby together next spring.
"Dean and I are thrilled to be expecting our first child together. I can't wait to be a mom!" says the 33-year-old actress.
Attending a New York party on Wednesday night with her actor husband, Tori, who is three-and-a-half month pregnant, had chosen a pretty, flowing number in silk chiffon to flatter her newly fuller figure.
The news that the couple are to become parents comes as no surprise, as having a family together has clearly been on their minds since they tied the knot in May. During their honeymoon on a private Fijian island, the pair announced they were looking forward to having children as soon as possible. "We're going to make a baby," Dean declared at the time - with his new bride adding: "Dean likes to play hockey, so we're going to make a hockey team."
The new arrival will be Tori’s first. Dean has two children – Jack, eight, and a one-year-old daughter, Lola – from a previous marriage to Toronto TV personality Mary Jo Eustace.
