Katie Holmes' recent sojourn in Paris with pal Victoria Beckham could have been the ideal time to shop around for a wedding dress, but it seems the actress has already crossed that off her to-do list for her forthcoming nuptials with Tom Cruise.
"I already have my dress," the mum-of-one told US magazine People during her girlie trip to the City of Light. It confirms plans are well underway for the big day, which is reportedly set for next month. And some are speculating that the pretty brunette will be clad in Chanel when she ties the knot with her Mission: Impossible beau.
The 27-year-old actress, who visited the luxury label's Paris store over the weekend, told another American publication that Chanel designer Karl Lagerfeld's designs are "exquisite". "I'm interested in everything Karl produces, including wedding dresses," she added.
Katie and the former Spice Girl might not have been shopping for wedding outfits, but they made sure they got plenty of retail therapy between fashion shows in the French capital. "I've been shopping all day," Katie declared. "They have beautiful things for babies here."
Apart from snapping up several cute pink items for her six-month-old daughter Suri, the bride-to-be indulged in some designer footwear for herself. According to reports she bought eight pairs of Roger Vivier shoes, at several hundred pounds a pair.
