While the media continues to keep a close eye on her divorce from estranged husband Sir Paul McCartney, Heather Mills has been staying in shape by taking a bike ride along the seafront near her home. The former model seemed to be in positive spirits, taking time to say hello to photographers, as she went for a cycle with her personal trainer Ben Amigoni early on Tuesday morning.
Onlookers couldn't help noticing that her 22-year-old companion, who followed behind her, was filming the excursion with a camcorder. It was the second time in a week Heather was seen making a video with the fitness guru, sparking speculation that they might be planning some sort of collaboration together.
Their outing came as the former model announced her intention to launch legal proceedings against three British newspapers for what she described as "false, damaging and immensely upsetting" reports surrounding her split from Sir Paul. Her decision came after court papers detailing allegations of drunkenness and physical abuse on the part of the former Beatle were published in the press.
It has also been reported that the documents were sent to the media from a shop just yards away from her lawyer's office. According to The Daily Express, the papers were faxed to the Press Association from a Covent Garden shop just around the corner from the central London base of Mischon de Reya, which is representing the anti-landmines campaigner.
