Guests at New York's Stone Rose Lounge bar may have been left both shaken and stirred on Tuesday as three former Bond girls reunited for a night out. And there's no doubt the trio, who all starred alongside Roger Moore aka 007 in the Bond films, still know how to cause a sensation.
Grace Jones, who shot to fame as the villainous May Day in 1985's View To A Kill, joined Brit beauty Jane Seymour and Swedish stunner Maud Adams for the soiree to celebrate Delta airlines' newest international route between the Big Apple and London. There the statuesque singer-turned-actress set flashbulbs popping as she hammed it up for the cameras in a striking, hooded outfit and oversized sunglasses.
While Grace played up for the cameras, Live And Let Die actress Jane, 55, and Octopussy star Maud, 61, caught up over a glass of champagne - no doubt reminiscing about their days as uber-glamorous Bond girls. Still very much in demand in Hollywood, Jane starred in 2005 smash hit The Wedding Crashers and has two more films in the can this year. The multi-talented Brit is also an accomplished portrait painter and devotes much of her time to raising money for charity through her work.
Fellow silver screen action girl Lucy Liu is also making a name for herself on the art scene, having recently held an exhibition of her work. This week it was the town she was painting red, though, as she helped celebrate the launch of new online shoe store Piperlime. The Charlie's Angels star was joined by Sin City actress Rosario Dawson at the footwear bash.
