Despite her insistence that she's happiest when at work on construction sites in her role with dad's company, Ivanka Trump can't escape her Park Avenue roots. The stunning model-turned-businesswoman made the most glamorous and polished appearance of the night at the Guggenheim Museum's Artist's Ball on Thursday.
The statuesque 25-year-old stepped out in jaw-dropping style, a burnished satin gown highlighting her curvaceous physique and descending to a dramatic train of ruffles at the back. Ivanka, who is a vice president of development and acquisitions at the Trump organisation, exuded movie star elegance as she joined a host of Tinseltown names at the glittering bash.
Roberta Armani, the niece of 72-year-old designer Giorgio, helped organise the stylish gala which was sponsored by the family's fashion label. An increasing fixture on the celebrity party scene, the striking brunette - who supervised the fittings for Katie Holmes' wedding dress - was reunited at the gathering with guests from the Cruises' wedding in Italy, including Will Smith's wife Jada Pinkett.
Kim Catrall, comedian Joan Rivers and R&B singer Mary J Blige were among the other famous faces attending the party - one of the highlights of the winter social season.
