During their New Year break in Sydney Paris Hilton and her on-off beau Stavros Niarchos couldn't keep their hands off each other, but back on home territory they seem to be more wary about public displays of affection.

The couple, who met up for sushi at hip Korean eatery Woo Lae Oak in Beverly Hills on Monday, opted to take the back door when they left the restaurant. And on a later shopping trip Greek shipping heir Stavros, who was sporting a shaven head, left the mall separately from his 25-year-old girlfriend.

Despite their coy behaviour, the pair seem to be keen to spend as much time as possible together after re-igniting their romance in December. Paris, who is currently filming The Hottie And The Nottie in LA, is busier than ever, however, as she pursues her acting career.

There's one less responsibility for her to fulful these days, though. The reality TV starlet will no longer be associated with two Florida nightclubs named after her, after failing to make scheduled appearances.
