After months of being described in the media as Donny Tourette's "on-off girlfriend", Peaches Geldof has spoken out to clear up any misunderstanding about the nature of their relationship. The media-friendly 17-year-old says that, despite reports to the contrary, she has never been romantically involved with the reality TV star.
Asked whether or not the Towers Of London singer was indeed her boyfriend, the teenager responded: "No, not at all." She then went on to reveal her fears that the stories linking her to the peroxide-haired performer were ruining his chances with other girls.
"I've been friends with him for a while," she explained. "It's all lies, basically. It gets awkward and it's upsetting for him because when he goes out and meets a girl he likes, they ask him about me."
Sir Bob Geldof's socialite daughter also disclosed that her real boyfriend is a musician by the name of Fred Les. Donny, who famously escaped from the Celebrity Big Brother house by climbing over a fence, reportedly declared he only dated Peaches for the publicity.
