Like the mystified viewers, Evangeline Lilly has no idea how her hit series Lost is going to end and the beautiful castaway admitted she's as desperate as the next person to find out. "If you ask anyone on the cast what's going on, we'll say: 'Ask the producers.' You're not alone though, I am waiting with bated breath to find out what's happening," she said during an interview on Good Morning America in the Big Apple this week.

She did give her view on how things might turn out for her character Kate, however. Without revealing too much about the plot, she said that viewers shouldn't expect to see the love triangle between her character Kate, Sawyer and Jack dissipate anytime soon. "I don't think she's made a decision. Kate hasn't forgotten about Jack at all," she said on the morning talk show. "On the first day off the Alcatraz island…she wants to go back and get Jack."

It seems she's happy with not knowing when the show might end - which according to reports could be this season or next - and team spirit among cast members is as strong as ever. "If we know we're working towards something, it keeps the excitement and the commitment going," she says. "The show started out with such integrity. I'd like us to maintain it."

Despite being used to wintry conditions in her native Canada, the 27-year-old star succumbed to the chills at her next port of call - The Late Show With David Letterman. Wearing a slinky strapless dress she accepted the offer of a blue blanket but after seeing herself in the camera monitor apparently regretted it. "I look like I just got out of bed, that's terrifying" she laughed.
