Canadian TV personality Mary Jo Eustace opens up about life since splitting from her husband of 12 years, Dean McDermott, in an exclusive interview with HELLO! magazine. Looking more radiant than ever the host of What's For Dinner? welcomes us into her home and offers a rare glimpse of her historic downtown Toronto flat in a series of intimate photos that appear exclusively in this week's issue of the magazine.

While she refers to the high-profile break-up over a year ago as a "very bad cable movie", she reflects on how well her son Jack, eight, and the couple's two-year-old daughter Lola have adjusted to moving back from LA to Canada last May. "I think the consistency and the normalcy here has been really beneficial," says the striking blonde. "Jack has adapted very well, all things considered. Lola is a happy, well-adjusted child who's inquisitive, independent and loving."

The Toronto native also shares how her family and friends have helped her overcome the difficulties she has faced of late. "They're really helpful…anything that they do is so considerate," says the single mum. "Whether it's bringing the children books or presents, or taking them for a couple hours."
