It looks like the writing is on the wall for Amy Winehouse's union with Blake Fielder-Civil. The jazz singer's husband, who's back in jail, is understood to have instructed a lawyer to begin divorce proceedings after seeing pictures of her getting cosy with another man in the Caribbean.
Celebrity lawyer Henri Brandman confirmed Blake had contracted him to launch the action. The former music video production assistant, who wed Amy in May 2007, could petition for half her £10 million fortune.
Amy, who is on an extended holiday in St Lucia, was photographed kissing and cuddling 21-year-old aspiring actor Josh Bowman at the weekend. She told reporters she would deal with her marriage when she returns from the break. "I don't know what's going on with us now and for the time being I've just forgotten I'm even married," said the 25-year-old.
