TV presenter Kate Garraway had some happy news to share this week - she's expecting her second child with psychotherapist husband Derek Draper. The 41-year-old GMTV host, whose daughter Darcey is two, will welcome the new arrival in August.
Fans of her morning chat show have been calling in for weeks to ask producers if she is pregnant, and Kate finally made an announcement on Thursday. "We are over the moon to be having another baby," she says. "Darcy is very excited about having a new brother or sister to play with."
It's not known how long Kate intends to continue at work. During her first pregnancy she remained on the GMTV sofa until weeks before the birth.
