It was a poignant moment for Jade Goody's family at the weekend as the terminally ill reality TV star's sons visited their mum for what could be the last time. The brave 27-year-old told her boys "the angels are calling mummy" as they held hands at her bedside.

Freddie, four, and five-year-old Bobby Jack were brought by their father Jeff Braizer to spend the day at Jade's Essex home on Sunday. With their faces painted the pair spent part of the visit playing in the garden with grandmother Jackiey and Jade's husband Jack Tweed.

The family had hoped to have an early Mother's Day party, but with Jade's condition steadily deteriorating plans were cancelled. Doctors fear she could slip away at any moment.

"She has put her house in order and faced up to everything in an incredibly brave way," said her spokesman Max Clifford. "Now we are waiting for the inevitable to happen. It could be at any time, we just don't know."

Mr Clifford said Jade had helped make plans for her funeral, which will be a "big celebration, as it's her final farewell". She has arranged for giant TV screens to broadcast the service to the those expected to gather outside the church in Buckhurst Hill, Essex. The mum-of-two has also chosen the hymns, which include All Things Bright And Beautiful, and asked friends and family to give readings.

A procession of seven cars will accompany her casket made of oak from Royal Windsor Forest. A host of stars are expected to attend, including Bollywood star Shilpa Shetty, who is expected to fly into the UK this week to pay her last respects.
