Jade Goody's two young sons, five-year-old Bobby and Freddie, four, have made their mum Mother's Day cards to let her know how much they love her.

The terminally ill Big Brother star will be given the touching tributes by a family member, as she's made it clear she doesn't want the youngsters to see her as her condition worsens.

"Jade has explained to them she is very sick and is going to live in heaven," a source told the Daily Mirror. "They realise something is not right and want her to know how much she means to them".

The 27-year-old, who discharged herself from hospital last week so she could return to her barn-style home in the Essex countryside, last saw her sons at the weekend. Her husband Jack and mum Jackiey Budden have been maintaining a vigil over the mum-of-two who is heavily sedated and sleeps for most of the time.

Jade has prepared the boys for her demise by telling them: "Mummy's going to heaven soon. I'm going to be a star up in the sky, so when you are looking up you will be able to see me and know I'm there, always looking over you".
