While her ex Olivier Martinez was a favourite with Kylie Minogue's family for helping the singer win her battle against illness, it seems model Andres Velencoso, the pop princess' new boyfriend, has made a favourable impression, too.
Following a New Year trip for an introduction to the handsome Spaniard's parents in his home town Barcelona, the Aussie singer wasted no time in presenting Andres to her mum and dad in Melbourne.
"She is having the best year of her life and a lot of that is down to Andres. He's given her renewed zeal. So she couldn't wait to introduce him to her folks," a source close to the Spinning Around artiste reports to the Daily Express.
The get-together couldn't have gone better as the Minogues are apparently thrilled with their daughter's companion.
"Ron and Carol Minogue welcomed him with open arms... He is charming and witty but also has a sensitive side and that really shone through," says the source.
