Kylie Minogue 's relationship with hunky Spanish model Andres Velencoso is moving up a notch. The pop princess is apparently house-hunting with her new man on the coast of Spain.
The 40-year-old Aussie and her easy-on-the-eye love have been spotted checking out properties in the Costa Brava resort of Tossa De Mar, close to where Andres' sisters and father live, reports the Sun.
"Things are going really well between Kylie and Andres and she has been spending a lot of time in Spain," a source said. "He lives in New York but goes home at least once a month so it makes sense for them to have a base there."
Apart from its proximity to the model's family, another attraction offered by the area is its scuba diving. Andres is a keen golfer - prompting Kylie to brush up on her own fairway skills - and a scuba diving fan. "There are great dive sites at Tossa which he and Kylie have been exploring," says the source.
The singer gets on well with Andres' family and is keen to embrace the opportunities presented by having a new European base. "(She) wants to learn Spanish and has been following DVDs. But having a house in Spain will make things easier," reveals the source.
