Since Frank Lampard's former fiancee Elen Rives, 34, was spotted enjoying the attentions of hunky football talent Lawrie Wilson, interest in the Stevenage Borough FC player has been on the rise.
Now it emerges that in addition to his cool occupation Lawrie can also lay claim to public school polish and some famous ex-schoolmates.
The footballer attended private co-educational establishment Millfield School in Somerset where fellow students included the crown prince of Brunei, Boris Yeltzin's grandson and Pierce Brosnan's 25-year-old son Sean, the Mail reports.
The £26,000-a-year establishment is also the alma mater of Princess Diana's former flame James Hewitt.
Elen and Chelsea player Frank, who have two children, parted ways last November after seven years together.
