New Year's Eve is set to be a magical night for Katie Price. The 31-year-old glamour girl has reportedly decided to host a party in her own house to celebrate the end of 2009 – which has proven to be a difficult year – with an enchanted Disney theme.
With her three children, Junior, Princess and Harvey all dressing up along with her boyfriend Alex, Katie's only rule at the party is 'no costume, no admittance'. Stars thought to be attending include her best friend Michelle Heaton and her I'm A Celebrity… pals Gino D'Acampo, Stuart Manning and Sabrina Washington.
And if reports that Alex is entering the Big Brother house at the weekend are true, the bash will also serve as a send-off party for the cagefighter.
Another lady planning a New Year shindig at home ahead of the start of the reality show is host Davina McCall. She recently revealed that after cancelling plans to go to France, she and her husband Matthew are now hosting a large get-together.
"We are going to have four or five couples and about 18 children and its going to be great," the mum-of-three recently revealed. "And Matthew will probably let off some absolutely rubbish fireworks, which he usually does, in our garden."
Unlike many A-listers who will busy hosting parties across the US, new mum Sarah Jessica Parker is shunning celebrity festivities for time at home with her family.
The Sex And The City star, 44, will be seeing in 2010 with husband Matthew Broderick and their the children, son James, seven, and new six-month-old twin daughters Marion and Tabitha.
As usual there will be a host of stars in New York's Times Square come midnight to kick off celebrations including Jay-Z, Rihanna and rock band Green Day.
