It's been 13 years since Titanic hit the silver screen. But it looks like some fans haven't forgotten the film that spring-boarded Leonardo DiCaprio to fame.As the actor was unveiling his new movie Inception in London, the actor encountered fans bearing a poster with the words: "I'd never let go, Leonardo".
It was of course a reference to his character Jack's final words to Kate Winslet's persona Rose in the blockbuster. Leo has long since left the realm of romantic epics behind, and has recently signed up for a series of darker roles. Last year there was Martin Scorsese's horror flick Shutter Island and now Inception, in which Leo plays Dom Cobb, a skilled thief who steals valuable secrets from deep within the subconscious while people are dreaming.
But despite the brooding subject matter of the film, Leo was all smiles on the red carpet with his leading ladies Ellen Page – elegant in a simple LBD – and Marion Cotillard. The French Oscar winner was on beautiful form in an asymmetric print dress with black hem which displayed her shapely legs. Also in the spotlight was Peaches Geldof, showing off a new shorter hairstyle. The socialite – pretty in a flower print dress - attended without her new boyfriend Eli Roth.
