Lovingly cradled in their parents' arms, Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie's and two-year-old twins made a rare public appearance in Louisiana on Sunday. It is one of the first times that Knox and Vivienne have been pictured with their mum and dad and all their siblings - Maddox, nine, Pax, seven, Zahara, six, all adopted, and four-year-old Shiloh. And it was clear to passersby that the adorable toddlers take after the Hollywood super couple in looks. Both are also the spitting image of Shiloh, who is their biological sister.
Despite being one of the world's most photographed families, the Jolie-Pitt clan appeared relaxed as they hit the streets of New Orleans at the weekend. It is a testament to how at home they feel in the city which has long welcomed them as their own.Angelina, 35, and her long-term partner have a property in the French Quarter. And Brad in particular has been embraced by Louisiana for the work of his charity, Make It Right, which helped build homes and restore neighbourhoods in the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina – in 2009 he laughed off calls that he would run for mayor.
During their casual Sunday stroll they stopped off to pick up some treats from a local deli, including bags of crisps and boxes of juice. It came two days after Angelina and the children were reunited with Brad, 47, who has been in the city for the past two weeks working on his latest film, Cogan's Trade. In the crime thriller, the Inglorious Basterds actor stars as a mob hitman whose bosses send him in to investigate when a heist takes place during one of their poker games. The film also features Richard Jenkins, Sam Rockwell and James Gandolfini.
