Rumours were even flying around that the new arrival had been named Felicity and weighed in at 5lbs 8oz. But the reports were wide of the mark. David Beckham's publicist Simon Oliveira stepped in to set the story straight. "Contrary to certain reports, David and Victoria Beckham's baby is not due today and that was never the case," he tweeted on Monday. No date has been confirmed, but the baby is expected to be born in LA in the next week or so. Meanwhile Victoria, who has been keeping a low profile in the last few months, has ruled out any naked photo shoots to show off her figure during pregnancy. "I'm not really one of those people that likes to go out and pose and flaunt being pregnant," she said. "Not like there's anything wrong in that. "I'm so proud to be pregnant and I feel so blessed and so happy, I really do.  "But I'm just not that kind of person. So, no, I won't be taking my clothes off.

"I don't think anyone needs to see that, other than my husband. Absolutely not. "While her bump hasn't been on show, Victoria's baby can expect to attract attention from day one following the news that  former Spice Girl has already stocked her wardrobe. "I love the French clothes for little girls. I like little girls to look like little girls," the 37-year-old told Women's Wear Daily. Her footballer husband David has also enjoyed seeing his daughter's wardrobe take shape. "It's a whole new different thing for us. To have so much pink in the house, lilac in the house, and dresses," he told the Daily Mirror. "All the clothes are ready, the room's ready. We're really excited." Singer-turned-fashion designer Victoria intends to balance motherhood with her career. "As any working mum out there knows, it really is like juggling glass balls when you've got the kids and a husband to look after, and you're passionate about your career," she says.More celeb baby newsMore on Victoria's baby
