Cheeky YouTube video helps US Marine bag a date with Mila Kunis

July 12, 2011

When Mila Kunis arrived on the set of news programme Fox411 for a promotional interview alongside Friends With Benefits co-star Justin Timberlake, she probably didn't know she'd be leaving with a date. The Black Swan actress was asked if she had seen a YouTube video posted by Sergeant Scott Moore asking her to the Marine Corps Ball. The A-lister answered that she had not so Fox played the video. The Sergeant, serving with the 3rd Battalion, 2nd Marines in Musa Qala, Afghanistan, starts of the 19-second clip with a casual but cocky, "Hey Mila, it's Sergeant Scott Moore - but you can call me Scotty."

The cheeky Marine asked her to join him on November 18 at the Marine Corps Ball in North Carolina before ending with: "Think about it, take a second and get back to me."

After the clip had finished, Justin turned to Mila and said: "Have you seen this? Have you heard about this? You need to do it for your country!"The singer-turned-actor then addressed Scott: "I'm going to work on this, man. This needs to go down."

Mila deliberated for a few seconds before telling Justin, "I'll go, I'll do it for you."

Sergeant Moore's video has since gone viral with over 500,000 views. There has been no response from the Marine, but chances are he's already preparing for his big date. Justin and Mila's new movie, Friends with Benefits, is due for release later this month.
