New mum Victoria Beckham has tweeted that she's on the mend following reports she was treated for a back condition. The fashion designer - who had her fourth child, Harper Seven, last month - was said to be resting and receiving medical attention after a slipped disk.
No details of the condition are being released as it's "a private medical issue". However Los Angeles-based Victoria, 37, still plans to travel to New York with baby Harper next month to showcase her Spring/Summer 2012 collection. She was spotted walking from her car in flats instead of her signature heels. After several says rest, Victoria tweeted: “Thank u for your kind messages. I'm feeling much better and enjoying every precious minute with baby Harper, I'm so in love. X VB"
Victoria isn't the only celebrity mum to be reaching out through Twitter at the moment.
Selma Blair introduced her little boy through the social blogging site.
The actress snapped her fashion designer boyfriend Jason Bleick having a nap with their new son. And the 39-year-old star couldn't resist sharing the adorable photo with her followers.
"My boys," read the accompanying caption. Little Arthur Saint Bleick was born on July 25 – three weeks after Selma's due date. His parents, who announced the pregnancy in January – met when they collaborated on Jason's fashion line EVER.Also joining the celebrity mummy club this week is Kimberly Stewart.The 32-year-old model and actress welcomed a little girl – who is yet to be named.
The new arrival's father is Oscar winner Benicio del Toro. He and Kimberly had a brief relationship but are no longer together. According to reports the baby girl weighed in at a healthy 8 lbs 9 oz and is 22 inches long.And no one is more thrilled than Kimberly's father Rod - now a proud grandfather.The rock legend – joined by his wife Penny Lancaster Stewart – was at his daughter's side as she gave birth in LA on Monday.
