Kate and Ned – who is Richard Branson 's nephew – have been inseparable since meeting on Necker Island, his uncle's idyllic hideaway, last summer. Despite her polished appearance, the actress, now a mother of two from previous relationships, revealed that she had reservations about watching her love scenes again.
