Kristen Stewart gazes lovingly into Robert Pattinson's eyes as they share a tender embrace. But unfortunately for fans of the couple, the PDA is only for the cameras. The picture shows the pair in character as Edward and Bella, the star-crossed lovers of the Twilight franchise.
It is one of several stills to be released from Breaking Dawn: Part 2, the fourth and final movie in the vampire romance saga. It was filmed long before allegations surfaced that Kristen had an affair with married Snow White and the Huntsman director Rupert Sanders. Since the claims surfaced, Kristen has kept a low profile. She was absent from this week's London premiere of her new film On the Road.
But she will attend the Toronto film festival, which takes place from September 6-16, it has been confirmed. Robert, however, has been out doing the promo rounds for his new film Cosmopolis.
After avoiding questions about his love life during two separate TV interviews on US TV, he was once again in the hot seat during and question and answer session with director David Kronenberg. The presenter, New York Times columnist David Carr, drew and angry reaction from the audience when he tried to compare what Robert is going through to Prince Charles' public split from Princess Diana. Robert barely got out a "I wouldn't go that far", before he was drowned out by the boos from the crowd in his support. One audience member even shouted: "next question".
