Reality TV star Khloe Kardashian is officially joining X Factor USA. The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star will co-host the second season of the Fox talent competition with Mario Lopez.The network said that Khloe and Mario will first appear as hosts during the show's live broadcasts beginning in November.

"I'm thrilled, overjoyed and of course a little nervous about this new step in my career, and I can't wait to get started. Wish me luck!Her sister Kim Kardashian was one of the first people to congratulate her through Twitter. "OMG!! How exciting is this!? Xo"Judge and executive producer Simon Cowell called the announcement "the worst kept secret in Hollywood".
British TV personality Steve Jones served as the show's host for the first season.The addition of Mario and Khloe is the latest change for the under-performing singing contest.Britney Spears and Demi Lovato joined Simon and LA Reid on the X Factor judging panel for the second season. The pair replaced Paula Abdul and Nicole Scherzinger.
