Actress Cameron Diaz has revealed that she was left completely bowled over by Colin Firth. But the actor's loyal wife Livia need not worry, as the blonde's admiration was safely confined to the set of her new film, Gambit. Speaking about Colin at the movie's London premiere, Cameron told the Telegraph: "He seduced me straight away. I was like, 'What is going on here? Why am I falling in love with Colin Firth?'". When pressed on what exactly she liked about her co-star the blonde replied: "It's the British sense of humour, it is unique."

Gambit is a comedy crime caper which also stars Alan Rickman and Stanley Tucci. The film called for some light-hearted nude scenes, and while Cameron was certainly impressed with Colin, the quintessential gentleman played down his own reputation with a self-effacing comment about his legs. "My legs are on show in the film a lot," he said. "Men's legs are not, sadly, very attractive. "Whilst Hollywood stunner Cameron pines for Colin in their movie, back in the real world, Mr Darcy only has eyes for wife Livia, describing her as "an Italian beauty and the smartest woman on the planet". Colin married his film producer love in 1997, after they both worked on mini-series Nostromo in Colombia. While her husband is one of the silver screen's much-loved actors, Italian-born Livia is also a busy woman, juggling her production career with the couple's two children, Luca and Matteo. Her eco fashion business is also a high priority.
