Peaches Geldof debuts her growing baby bump at the 'Twilight' premiere

November 15, 2012

Peaches Geldof exclusively revealed to HELLO! Magazine this week that she was expecting her second child, and on Wednesday night she showed off her growing baby bump at the Twilight: Breaking Dawn Part 2 premiere in Leicester Square. The 23-year-old looked stunning in a long red Moschino dress with matching red lipstick, whilst her husband Thomas Cohen wore a black suit. The mother-of-one had previously tweeted her excitement at attending the film premiere: "So excited for the Twilight premiere tonight! It may be cheesy, big budget ridiculousness but its greatness lies in its guilty pleasure! Also excited to see just how many Twihards camped outside to catch a glimpse of the elusive R. Pattz himself. Scream!"

Peaches and Thomas married in September in the grounds of her rock legend father Sir Bob Geldof's home in Kent. The couple revealed earlier this week that Peaches is three-and-a-half months pregnant with a little boy whom they will name Phaedra. "It's a name that comes from an ancient Greek play," Peaches tells HELLO!. "But it also features in a song Tom and I both love called Some Velvet Morning by Lee Hazlewood. Finding out I was pregnant again so soon was quite a shock," she confesses. "Tom was so happy. He loves being a dad so much and is brilliant with Astala, who totally adores him, so he was over the moon. I, on the other hand, did have a momentary panic and go, 'Oh my God, we're going to have a one-year-old and a one-month-old! How will we cope?' But Tom was so supportive and relaxed, it banished my doubts and I started imagining the two boys growing up together as the best of friends. It will be great for Astala to have Phaedra to play with. "There's a similar age difference between myself and my sister [22-year-old model and singer] Pixie, and we've always been very close," says Peaches, who also has an elder sister, Fifi, 29, and little sister Tiger, 16. "Astala’s such a happy, sociable little boy, I think he will adore having a sibling."

Peaches, who feared she might never have children of her own due to being diagnosed as a teenager having suffered an ectopic pregnancy years ago, at first didn't notice any signs of pregnancy. "When I was pregnant with Astala I had a condition called Hyperemesis gravidarum, which meant I was sick all day, every day, for five months, but this time round it was just on two occasions and very mildly, so I didn't clock what was going on. "What made me take a test was that I started getting a pregnancy tummy – I already have a very noticeable bump. When the test came up positive, Tom remembered that I'd been craving these particular sour sweets, which I've only ever eaten when I've been pregnant. He said, 'How could we not have guessed?'"
