Showing off her newlywed glow, Jessica Biel was back on the red carpet on Sunday night, just four weeks after her nuptials to Justin Timberlake. Jessica attended the premiere of her new film Hitchcock alongside her co-stars including Scarlett Johansson and Dame Helen Mirren at the Zigfield Theatre in New York. The 30-year-old star looked stunning in a dove grey Oscar de la Renta two piece outfit with three quarter sleeves and loose-fitting cut which flattered her slender figure.
She completed the look with Manolo Blahnik shoes Lorraine Schwartz diamond shaped drop earrings and her dazzling diamond engagement ring. Scarlett, who split up from her boyfriend Nate Taylor last month, kept it short in a black tiered minidress with green leaf print. The 27-year-old actress teamed the Rodarte number with Gucci peep-toe boots and a dramatic deep-red lip colour. Meanwhile 67-year-old Helen, who takes on the role of Hitchcock's wife Alma, threatened to steal the limelight from the two younger actresses by wowing the crowds in a black lace gown with gold detailing.
The premiere was Jessica's first public appearance since her intimate Italian wedding at the magnificent Borgo Egnazia resort in Puglia. Speaking exclusively to HELLO!, Justin revealed he had serenaded his bride to the altar. "I figured if there was something I was going to be able to offer, it would be to sing her down the aisle. Grown men were weeping. Hopefully it's because I didn't sound bad." The couple also explain why they chose Italy ("We love to eat!") and how they were "so excited to have this moment and share it with our family and friends," who included close pals comedian Jimmy Fallon, SNL star Andy Samberg, musician Timbaland and Jessica's 7th Heaven co-star Beverley Mitchell. For their honeymoon, the newlyweds opted for the African wildlife as they were spotted in Kilimanjaro International airport in Tanzania just two days after their big day. The pair reportedly stayed at the luxurious Sasakwa Lodge and enjoyed adventurous game drives with professional guides and a picturesque hot air balloon safari across the sprawling plains of the Serengeti. And although they were enjoying the happiest days of their lives, the couple took time to send out support to those affected by Superstorm Sandy, which happened whilst the couple were on holiday.
On November 1, Justin tweeted, "Taking in the devastation caused by Hurricane Sandy... my thoughts and prayers go out to everyone that was affected." Jessica also tweeted, "Sending my prayers and love to New York City and to everyone affected by Hurricane Sandy." By the beginning of November, the couple were back in America, where they were seen helping out Sandy victims in New York. The stars, along with producer Timbaland, gave out relief backpacks and blankets from the back of trucks for nearly four hours.
