Saturdays singer Rochelle Humes and her JLS star husband Marvin are clearly feeling festive – for more reasons than one. Both newlyweds posed for a series of Christmassy snaps as they attended a charity lunch and shared the cute pictures on Twitter.
But beyond the tinsel and lights, pregnant Rochelle showed off a hint of a baby bump as her husband swept her up in his arms for the romantic photo op. The Saturdays sweetheart recently announced their happy news on Twitter, saying she and Marvin's child, due in the middle of next year, was "the best early Christmas present we could have asked for". While the pair are preparing for the responsibilities that first-time parenthood brings, they haven't lost their sense of fun while they wait for their new arrival. Rochelle accompanied her festive picture with a caption that read: "Us yesterday at the Rays of sunshine Christmas party! Spot the big kids,haha x." The singers recently tied the knot at Blenheim Palace in Oxfordshire, with guests including X Factor judge Tulisa Contostavlos, One Direction's Harry Styles and HELLO! Magazine – the only publication invited to capture the day.
She and Marvin's baby news followed shortly after, and both expressed their joy online. "I wanted to be the first to tell you...we have some exciting news to share!" Rochelle wrote: "Marvin and I could not be more thrilled to announce that we are expecting our first child mid next year. We have always dreamt of being parents and the news is the best early Christmas present we could have asked for. I know Marvin is going to be a great dad and we're so excited to start a family." The dad-to-be also had some excited words for his Twitter followers, saying: "Rochelle and I are SOOOOO excited to tell everyone that we are expecting our first baby!!! It's absolutely amazing! Baby is due middle of next year and all is great!! We want to say thank you to everyone for their love and support... it means so much to us!! We are over the moon! Love Marv x."
