David Beckham and wife Victoria have arrived in the UK to spend Christmas back on home soil, and with David's recent swan song at LA Galaxy, there are rumours that the clan are here to stay. The fashion designer and her footballer husband were spotted leaving LA's balmy skies behind as they boarded a flight with children Brooklyn, Romeo, Cruz and baby daughter Harper all in tow.

While mum and dad unpacked the boxes and called up old friends, the young Beckhams made a festive trip to Great Ormond Street Hospital on Tuesday. The little ones – led by 13-year-old Brooklyn and Victoria's dad Tony – made a surprise visit to the sick children being cared for on Britain's leading paediatric wards. Brooklyn was in big brother mode as he carried little Harper safely through the waiting crowds and inside the hospital. As the family settle in and reconnect with charitable endeavours, the entire world is wondering what their next move will be. The Beckhams' address has always coincided with David's footballing career, and now that the star has left LA Galaxy, there is much speculation about where he and his family will now put down roots. The former England Captain has yet to reveal what's next on his sporting agenda but he has made no secret of the fact he would like to play in the Champions League again before retiring for good. David, who rose to fame as a midfielder for Manchester United recently said, "I still miss playing in it" adding, "they are the games you love playing in. Of course I'd want to play in it again."

Midway through his career with LA Galaxy, the star announced, "my family and I are incredibly happy and settled in America, and we look forward to spending many more years here." However as time went by a source revealed, "David is passionate about his career and wants to spend his years as a top level footballer playing to the best of his ability. "He may well get offers from European clubs, and he's made it clear that, if the offer is right, a move back across the Atlantic could be on the cards." Friends of the Beckhams say the next few weeks will be crucial as the family consider their options now that David's career in the Major Soccer League has come to an end.At the end of October, a source close to the couple told HELLO! that the famous duo are "seriously considering" the move back to their home country.
