Newlywed Cat Deeley has blossomed since she moved to the golden shores of Los Angeles, enjoying all the sun, sand and shopping California has to offer. And this week, the star was spotted on a particularly interesting spree when she was snapped with a bag full of clothes from an exclusive baby boutique.

Cat's designer loot could have been for any number of friends, and given that the blonde is blissfully happy with comedian husband Patrick Kielty, whom she wed in September of last year, it makes sense that she wants to celebrate milestones in others' lives. There was no sign of her Northern Irish husband, but judging by the wide smile the 36-year-old flashed photographers, his "romantic" presence could obviously still be felt. Fans in the UK will know it was that mega-watt grin which made Cat one of the country's best-loved TV presenters, before she took her charm Stateside to become host of So You Think You Can Dance. Romance soon followed professional success when the blonde's ten-year friendship with Patrick turned into love. The presenter recently revealed how she and Patrick transitioned from friends to something much deeper. She recently told Red magazine: "I told him I was having brunch with friends here at the Beverly Hills Hotel. He got on a plane to London, then another plane to LA, then he came straight from the airport with his bags, walked in, sat down and had birthday brunch with me.

"And then, when I went to pay for everybody, they wouldn't take my card because it had all been taken care of. That's quite possibly the most romantic thing anyone has ever done for me. And he was just sitting there hanging out with 12 of my friends, making everybody laugh. It was romantic, noble, kind of amazing and pretty hard not to fall in love with him." Indeed, the bubbly presenter has been radiating contentment since they were first linked after holidaying in early 2012. Soon afterwards, the funnyman moved into her Beverly Hills mansion, and rumours of an engagement began to circulate. They proved to be true when the couple tied the knot quietly in Rome's St Isidore's College Church back in September. Things were so low-key that guests only learned about the wedding at the last minute. At the time, an insider revealed: "It was a beautiful ceremony, just close friends and family. "We only found out at the last minute. It was a really perfect day. They've been pals for ages and we all just wonder what took them so long."
