While the Beckhams are on other side Atlantic - David Beckham is in London and Victoria is in New York - they have both been keeping busy. Fashion designer Victoria has been making the final preparations for her New York Fashion Week show, while David has been in London training for his new football club Paris Saint-Germain.
Victoria posted a Twitter photo of herself with a brightly coloured bag on her head. "It's that time in the season when we all get a little delirious," she wrote. It's clear that Victoria is overseeing every little detail of her upcoming fashion show, as she also posted a photo that showed her choice of flooring options for the show. "Floors don't pick themselves people!" she wrote. David, meanwhile has been spotted wearing his Paris Saint-Germain kit while he practises for his new team. "Beckham needed two weeks' training," said his new football manager, Carlo Ancelotti, as the former Manchester United footballer has been keeping up his fitness levels at Arsenal's training facilities. "He finished the first, he'll do the second with us," added Carlo. During the session, David wore his favourite pink football boots, which he says remind him of his daughter Harper. The father of four is due to play his first match against French team Marseille on 24 February, but Carlo has hinted that David could be playing before then. David hit the headlines earlier this week when his H&M underwear advert was released and became an internet sensation. The short film shows him running topless through gardens in Los Angeles, wearing just a pair of boxer shorts. It has been revealed that in spite of his toned body, a stunt double was used for part of the filming. "David was very involved in the advert including doing most of the stunts," said an H&M spokesman. "Due to the tightness of his schedule a body double was used in smaller parts of the video." H&M have not disclosed the identity of the doppelganger.
In the advert, David's tattoos are clearly visible. He was recently asked which tattoos he preferred. "My favourites are the ones about my children," he said on his Twitter chat. “No new ones planned yet, have to find some space." Gary Lineker was among those who posed a question to David, who has previously played with Real Madrid and LA Galaxy. Gary asked whether David would consider a punditry role on Match of the Day. "Haha," replied David. "If it's your job then yes, as you always seem to be on the beach."
