Proud Fearne Cotton shows off snaps of baby son to Ronnie Wood's wife Sally

April 12, 2013

Fearne Cotton, 31, left her newborn son Rex Rayne Wood at home to enjoy a night out this week, but the little boy was still very much on his mum's mind. Blonde Fearne was seen showing off pictures of her little one to Ronnie Wood's wife Sally. Fearne's partner is Ronnie's son, Jesse Wood. The Rolling Stone and his family were gathered for a showing of Ronnie's 'Raw Instinct' art exhibition. The rocker is an accomplished visual artist and frequently exhibits his pop culture prints.

Fearne looked pretty in a blue striped dress from Very.co.uk, beige trench coat and strappy heels, showing that motherhood has brought a softer edge to her famous rock chic style. The Radio 1 DJ and her partner Jesse welcomed their first child back in February. Fearne announced Rex Rayne Wood's birth via Twitter. "Jesse and I are over the moon to announce the arrival of Rex Rayne Wood born on the 21.2.13," she wrote. "Beyond in love".   Fearne and Jesse have been dating since 2011. They announced they were expecting a baby together back in August. "Jesse and I have some news," Fearne tweeted before posting a link to a statement on her website that read, "Jesse and I are very happy to announce we are having a baby.

"We are over the moon, morning sickness aside (me, not Jess) and looking forward to the little Cotton Woods arrival." Speaking shortly after making the announcement, the popular presenter said being pregnant meant she was "trying to take it easy for the first time ever". "Normally I live at a hundred miles an hour so I never get to see any of my friends," she told Company. "This year I'm not doing loads. Instead I'm going to see all of my friends, family and boyfriend and just try and have a bit more of a life." Jesse is also a father to two children from his previous marriage, Arthur and Lola.
