Model Kelly Brook is playing the "nurturing nurse" to boyfriend Danny Cipriani, who was hit by a double-decker bus last week. The star, 33, used social media site Keek to share a video which showed her nursing Danny, 25, back to health. In the clip, Kelly also dismissed rumours that she was angry about the incident, which took place while Danny was on a pub crawl with his rugby team mates.
"I've spent two hours making chicken soup for my boyfriend," she said. "I'm not angry with him, I haven't given him an ultimatum. "I've been a very patient, loving, nurturing nurse, so I just want to set the record straight." Kelly later appeared with Danny, who was still sporting injuries from his accident, and gave some light-hearted advice. "I'm with the injured soldier," she said as she cuddled her boyfriend. "Anyone considering going on a pub crawl, seriously, I'd say think twice. "And if you do, be cautious and don't go out in a spray-on black catsuit because you won't be visible, even if you are dressed up as gold dust."
Last week, Danny's fans were left shocked when he was run over by a bus in Leeds. The sportsman was treated for concussion at the scene before being kept in hospital overnight. "He was running across the road and just misjudged the speed of the bus," Danny's manager James Williamson explained to The Sun. Danny is now resting at home with his girlfriend, whose care he rated on Twitter. "Nurse Kelly Brook has done a great job these last three days," he wrote. Kelly rekindled her relationship with Danny earlier this year after splitting from long-term boyfriend Thom Evans. Since then, she has treated her Twitter followers to various romantic images of her revived relationship.
