Beyonce kicked off the UK leg of her sold out world tour on Monday evening, wowing 20,000 fans at the capital's O2 arena. The superstar dazzled the crowd with the spectacular show, performing her greatest hits while wearing her custom-made eye-catching costumes. She had several outfit changes during the show.

One of the most eye-catching creations was the white bodysuits by European couture house Ralph & Russo. Embellished with crystals and pearls, Beyonce made the most of the flirty peplum skirt as she stormed the stage. She swapped the tiny number for a neon-pink Grecian maxidress as she returned to the stage to sing a ballad. Other outfits included a glittering blue catsuit that showed off her killer curves to the max, a black minidress with thigh-high boots and a shimmering gold bodysuit. The tour has been making headlines as the singer imposed a ban on photographers taking snaps of the show, with Beyonce releasing her own official photos. However, despite the ban, fans were quick to upload pictures of the gig to Twitter. The star began the 2-hour show with her 2011 single Run the World (Girls) before making her way through number ones Crazy in Love, Single Ladies concluding with the popular Halo.

Earlier this year, the wife of Jay-Z spoke of the exhausting rehearsals as she prepared for the tour. "I'm always bruised somewhere, my legs, my hips... But you've already started so you've just gotta fight through it." she told US Vogue magazine. Beyonce will take the tour on further European dates before arriving in America in June. She will also release a new album later this year.
