Bandmate Mollie King has given fans the first glimpse of Frankie Sandford's baby bump on Twitter. The Saturdays singer shared a photo of herself, Vanessa White and Una Healy all pointing at a beaming Frankie's tummy, captioning the snap: "Excited aunties!" Singer Frankie revealed her happy news on Twitter on Thursday, just a month after announcing that she is engaged to her footballer love Wayne Bridge.
"Some big news from me today!" she wrote. "Wayne and I are having a baby. We are both SO happy and can't wait for his or hers arrival!" Her announcement was met with congratulations from thousands of well-wishers, including her fellow bandmates. "So happy and excited for our @FrankieTheSats and Wayne's baby news!! X" wrote HELLO! Online's celebrity blogger Una Healy. Vanessa White tweeted: "Congrats to @FrankieTheSats & Wayne on their big news! Xxx" Frankie now joins The Saturdays' mums' club. Her bandmate Rochelle Humes is eight months pregnant, and Una is mum to one-year-old Aoife Belle.
The happy news comes a month after Frankie and Wayne announced their engagement. The brunette , 24, teased fans on Twitter writing, "Guess what?!!!!" and linked to an image which showed Frankie wearing a diamond sparkler on her finger. Brighton and Hove Albion footballer Wayne was also in the snap, seen kissing his lady on the cheek. The couple have been together since December 2010. Speaking on the radio, Frankie opened up about the proposal. "Wayne took me to a hotel and he got my dogs involved" she said. "I didn't know my dogs were there and they came in in little bride and groom outfits. And Pixie had the ring around her neck on a ribbon." Frankie loved the proposal, but she admitted that perhaps it's not for everyone. "I think for people who aren't dog fans it's a bit of a weird proposal so I feel like I only want to tell people who like dogs." It's not yet known when the pair will marry or when the newest honorary member is due. Frankie will be a first-time mum while Wayne has son Jaydon Jean from his relationship with French model Vanessa Perroncel.
