Beyonce has cancelled a concert in Belgium sparking further speculation that she is pregnant with her second child. The superstar singer, who is currently on the road with her spectacular 'Mrs Carter World Tour', has pulled out of the gig in Antwerp due to dehydration and exhaustion. Her publicist has said that doctors have advised her to rest. It is not yet known whether she will perform the next tour which is on Wednesday in the same arena but "she is awaiting word from her doctors before making a decision".
The Single Ladies songstress has made no secret of her desire to have another child with husband Jay-Z, and recent reports suggest that her dreams have come true. Insiders told the New York Post that Beyonce is expecting, saying that she carefully tried to hide her burgeoning baby bump when she attended the MET gala last weekend in a high-waisted Givenchy gown. Photographs have also emerged of the former Destiny's Child singer showing what appears to be a small bump while on stage.
Beyonce welcomed her little girl Blue Ivy in January 2012, and just last week said she thought her daughter needed some "company". "I would love more children," she said in an interview with Good Morning America. "I think my daughter needs some company. I definitely love being a big sister. "At some point, when it's supposed to happen," she added with a smile.
In the past, the hardworking songstress has spoken about juggling her work commitments with being a mum, and has said she is determined to give Blue a "normal" childhood. "I am very protective," she said. "I just want to make sure that she can have a healthy, safe, normal childhood. In the back of my mind, she's my priority. "And life is completely different now. So I feel really, really lucky that I can still do what I love, and now have a way bigger meaning. And that's to be her mother."
Many famous faces including Kim Kardashian, Princess Eugenie and Kelly Brook, have been seen at the 31-year-old's concerts. Beyonce kicked off her sell-out 'Mrs Carter World Tour' in Belgrade, Serbia in April. It is due to finish on 5 August in Brooklyn, New York. So far the superstar has dazzled the crowd with the spectacular show, performing her greatest hits while wearing her custom-made eye-catching costumes. She makes several outfit changes during the show. Before the pregnancy rumours surfaced, the tour had been making headlines for a different reason. The popstar imposed a ban on photographers taking snaps of the show, instead releasing her own official photos. The star begins the two-hour set with her 2011 hit single Run the World (Girls) before making her way through number ones including Crazy in Love and Single Ladies before concluding with the popular Halo. Beyonce is also due to release a new album later this year.
