Amanda is herself a mum of twins with her husband, Strokes guitarist Nick Valensi, and was perhaps offering Kim some practical advice as the pair chatted together.Kim also spent time with the lady of the hour Jennifer, a top jewellery designer, who was celebrating her nomination with family and friends in the home of Die Hard producer Joel Silver and his wife Karyn. It's not long to go now until Kim welcomes her first baby with boyfriend Kanye West. Wearing minimal make-up and with her hair pulled back in a braid, Kim was effortlessly chic in her ensemble, teaming her racy blouse with a black blazer and trousers. The Keeping Up With The Kardashians' favourite has received a lot of negative press since falling pregnant, with particular focus on her maternitywear choices.
She recently opened up about her pregnancy body during an interview with Grazia magazine, saying she has lost her confidence and now resorts to wearing anything that fits.Asked about her fashion choices, she explained, "This is how I've always dressed, and right now I'm wearing anything that fits. "Kourtney warned me that when I got pregnant, people's opinions would be on an all-time high and people would chime in. Now I see what she means!"Then questioned whether she had been able to maintain confidence about her body during her pregnancy, Kim simply replied, "No".
