Keira Knightley is back in London showing off a new accessory – as Mrs Righton. After her intimate wedding ceremony in the south of France and her romantic honeymoon in Corsica with new husband James Righton, the newly married Anna Karenina star headed out for an evening – husband-free – at Soho's Graucho club. The actress wrapped up for the cold weather with a colourful printed dress and black tights, a grey jumper and a black leather jacket, but dressed up her casual outfit with a new wedding band.
The shiny gold band sits alongside her sparkling engagement ring, comprising a single circular diamond set into a thin gold band, and would have attracted plenty of attention at the private members club.
The newlyweds are already showing their independence as a married couple. While Keira, 28, enjoyed an evening out by herself, her hubby James was playing a gig with his band the Klaxons. It was straight back to work for the keyboard player, having just arrived in the capital after their romantic getaway as husband and wife.
There the couple enjoyed a blissful break in the picturesque French island of Corsica, where they chartered a yacht and spent a week cruising around the sun-kissed isle, wrapped in each other's arms all the way.The honeymoon came after a private wedding ceremony with just 11 friends and family in Maza, a village near Mont Ventoux in Provence on 4 May. Keira surprised us all with her beautiful Chanel ballerina-style wedding dress, which she had actually debuted previously at a big event. The ivory tulle number had been worn to the pre-BAFTAs dinner in 2008.
