Coleen Rooney has shared a touching photo of her little boy Kai looking with love and interest at his new baby brother Klay. The gorgeous image shows the sleeping newborn lying asleep in his father's arms attentively watched by his older sibling. Accompanying the picture, which Coleen, 27, shared on Facebook on Tuesday, she wrote, "Thanks everybody for the lovely messages, we're all doing great. Kai loves his little brother x".
Coleen and her footballer husband Wayne Rooney welcomed little Klay on 21st May.It was the Manchester United star, 27, who announced the happy news by tweeting, "Our Beautiful Son Klay Anthony Rooney was born at 2.11am, Weighing 7lbs 11.5 oz. Both Klay and Coleen are fine… We're all delighted." He then shared a photo of the happy new family unit.Hours after Klay was born, Kai, three, was seen arriving at the Liverpool Women's Hospital to meet his baby brother. He was pictured with his grandparents, Tony and Colette McLoughlin, proudly carrying a 'It's a baby boy' balloon.Not long afterwards, once Kai had left the hospital, proud new parents Coleen and Wayne headed for home carrying their precious newborn. With a big smile on her face, the mum-of-two looked tired but happy carrying a bunch of balloons celebrating the birth of her baby.Speaking ahead of her second son's arrival, Coleen revealed just how excited Kai was about the baby.
"He's given up on having a brother now and doesn't believe he's actually going to arrive," she said. He's so ready for him to be here now!"Coleen and Wayne announced in December they were expecting a second boy, two months after confirming her second pregnancy. Announcing the baby's sex on Twitter, the fashion designer wrote, "Absolutely loved seeing our baby on the scan yesterday!!"We decided to find out the sex….. It's a ……. BOY!! So exciting @WayneRooney."
