Prince Michael Jackson and his girlfriend Remi Alfalah enjoyed an evening out on Tuesday evening, during what is proving to be a difficult month for the teen. The eldest son of the late Michael Jackson, 16, was spotted getting some respite with his young love at the premiere of True Blood in Los Angeles, while his sister Paris continues to recover in an LA hospital after being hospitalised last week. This month was inevitably a difficult one for the family of legendary popstar Michael Jackson – especially for his children Prince Michael, Paris and their younger brother Blanket – as the fourth anniversary of their father's passing is fast approaching on 25 June.
Prince Michael was reportedly spotted visiting his sister Paris in hospital last weekend. He then took some time out on Tuesday with his girlfriend Remi, who attends the Buckley School in Sherman Oaks, California, where the pair are juniors and last week finished their exams. "Finished with finals:)" tweeted the 16-year-old.
Paris, the only daughter of pop icon Michael Jackson, is said to be "physically fine" and reportedly expected to fully recover.
The Jackson family lawyer Perry Sanders Jr. said in a statement: "Being a sensitive 15-year-old is difficult no matter who you are. It is especially difficult when you lose the person closest to you."
Paris had caused concern with a series of cryptic tweets on Twitter prior to being hospitalised. "Yesterday , all my troubles seemed so far away," she quoted from the Beatles' song Yesterday. "Now it looks as though they're here to stay." Her previous tweet read, "I wonder why tears are so salty. "Support flooded in for the teenager on Twitter as the hashtag #PrayForParisJackson trended worldwide. American music mogul Russell Simmons posted, "My prayers are with Paris Jackson and her family at this time." American actress Alyssa Milano wrote, "@parisjackson Send you support and love."
