On Sunday, Kanye West celebrated his very first Father's Day after the early arrival of his baby with Kim Kardashian. The high-profile reality star welcomed the couple's daughter on Saturday morning, but the Kardashian clan had remained uncharacteristically quiet about the new addition — until Sunday afternoon that is.

"HAPPY FATHERS DAY @kanyewest!!!!!," matriarch Kris Jenner tweeted, as she paid tribute to the men in her family with a photo collage of Kanye, 36, her husband Bruce Jenner, her son-in-law Lamar Odom, daughter Kourtney's partner Scott Disick and her late ex husband Robert Kardashian. Her tweet was followed up by a message from Kim's younger sister Khloe Kardashian Odom, who said, "I cannot even begin 2 describe the miracle that is now part of our family. Mommy/baby are healthy & resting. We appreciate all of the love."
She then addressed the public's curiosity for more details on Kim and Kanye's daughter, adding, "More info will come when the time is right! Thank you all for understanding! We love you all dearly! Overwhelmed with love right now. "Kim, 32, went into labour weeks ahead of her July due date. Her rapper boyfriend was by her side as she gave birth to their baby girl, whose name has not yet been released to the public.
It remains to be seen how Kim will juggle her reality TV career with motherhood. In a recent interview, the LA socialite explained that her attitude to privacy had changed because of Kanye. She said she had become "more of a recluse" during her pregnancy as a way of "preparing to respect the privacy of my child and my boyfriend". Unlike her sister Kourtney, who shared the births of both her children Mason, four, and Penelope, ten months, on their show Keeping Up With The Kardashians, Kim brought her daughter into the world without the presence of cameras.Kanye has been particularly vocal about his desire to keep his daughter out of the spotlight. "This is my baby. This isn't America's baby," he told the New York Times last week.
