July 8, 2013

It was a fitting way to mark Independence Day — on 4th July, Kim Kardashian and Kanye West took their baby North on her very first outing. The new parents brought their little girl along to Bruce Jenner's beach house in Malibu for a fun family party.According to US Weekly, it was North's first outing since she left hospital on 21st June. She was born five weeks early on 15 June at LA's Cedars Sinai Medical Centre.

"Kim has taken North on a few playdates, but she can't do it with lots of people since she's still so small," a source explained.

Kim and Kanye no doubt enjoyed spending time at her step-father's beach front property, where Kim's half-sisters Kendall and Kylie Jenner were also photographed.

Pictures from the weekend show the younger siblings playing in the water and hanging out on the balcony with Kylie's rumored boyfriend Jaden Smith.

A source told the magazine how much Kim, 32, and Kanye, 36, are enjoying being a new family. "They are both so in love with their little girl," the insider revealed, saying of rapper Kanye, "He doesn't leave North for more than an hour."

Last week, Kanye revealed the gifts he received from Kim to commemorate his very first Father's Day. The musician posted a picture on Twitter of a pair of computer mice signed by Apple co-founders Steve Jobs and Steve Wozniak. "One of the other gifts my girl gave me for fathers day," he tweeted next to the snap.Kanye is a big admirer of the late Steve Jobs — and thinks of himself as the "Steve Jobs" of his own industry. "I think what Kanye West is going to mean is something similar to what Steve Jobs means," he said in a recent interview with the New York Times. "I am undoubtedly, you know, Steve of Internet, downtown, fashion, culture. Period. By a long jump…"I think that's a responsibility I have, to push possibilities, to show people: 'This is the level that things could be at'. So when you get something that has the name Kanye West on it, it's supposed to be pushing the furthest possibilities. "I will be the leader of a company that ends up being worth billions of dollars, because I got the answers. I understand culture. I am the nucleus."

He explained that Kim had arranged for him to meet beau Kanye for his 36th birthday – which he celebrated in June – because he 'was interested in technology and companies.'

Even though Steve Jobs sadly died in 2011 after his battle with pancreatic cancer, Kim and Kanye have become friends with Steve Wozniak. The mogul was even one of the first of close friends and family to meet their new bundle of joy – before Kim's brother Rob. "I have seen a lot of babies, and a baby represents the love between the people and that meant more to me and the love that Kim was showing to Kanye," Steve told Piers Morgan.
