James Gandolfini's widow, Deborah Lin, seeking solace in her young daughter

James Gandolfini's widow, Deborah Lin, has been seeking consolation in her young daughter, Liliana.Deborah was spotted in the Tribeca district of New York City, with Liliana, who is said to helping her through her grief in the weeks following James' death.Wearing a black top, beige trousers and sunglasses, Deborah and her nine-month-old Liliana stepped out days after details of James' £46m ($70 million) will were revealed.

The Sopranos actor's 13-year-old son, Michael, is listed as the main beneficiary in his father's will and stands to inherit £4.6m ($7m) when he turns 21.Following this milestone birthday Michael will also be given first refusal of his father's estates, be able to buy James' Manhattan apartment and will also inherit his father's posessions, including clothes and jewellery. In the will James has also made provisions for his daughter Liliana, who will share ownership of the late actor's Italian villa with her brother. "I hope and desire that they will continue to own said property and keep it in our family for as long as possible" reads the will, which was made in December 2012.James has also requested that the remaining estate is shared between his two sisters, Johanna Antonacci and Leta Gandolfini, his wife Deborah and their daughter Liliana.

Details of James' will comes three weeks after the 51-year-old died unexpectedly on 19 June after suffering a heart attack. He was on holiday in Rome with Deborah, Liliana and Michael, who reportedly found his father collapsed in the bathroom of his hotel suite at the Boscola Exedra Hotel.

In honour of the tragic circumstances, tributes were paid to James at the Italian festival.

Close friends and relatives of the late actor gathered to mourn and remember him at a private wake on 26 June.

The invitation-only service, which was attended by both his widow Deborah and his ex-wife Marcy Wudarski, was held in a small town in New Jersey, close to where James grew up. James' funeral took place the following day in New York.

Fellow actors and key figures from the beloved star's career arrived at the Cathedral Church of Saint John the Divine, one of the biggest churches in Manhattan, to pay their respects at the emotional service.

Among the star-studded crowd were New Jersey Governor Chris Christie, former talk show host Dick Cavett and Alec and Hilaria Baldwin.

The family had been due to visit Sicily where the actor was scheduled to appear at the Taormina Film Festival.
