Made in Chelsea's Millie Mackintosh reveals she was a victim of childhood bullies

Millie Mackintosh has opened up about being bullied at school, saying that she is still haunted by what she endured during her teenage years. "I was bullied to the point where I wouldn't go to school," said Millie, speaking to Fabulous magazine. "I was skinny, had glasses and wore braces to realign my jaw. I had full-on yellow hair after a home dye job and had really bad acne all over my forehead. "The stunning Made in Chelsea star, who just turned 24 on Friday, is a far cry from her ugly duckling days and had much reason to celebrate over the weekend.

"Feeling excited for my birthday tomorrow and I've already got everything I could possibly want! #24 #bday," tweeted Millie, followed by a string of celebratory posts on the day. "Amazing bday pampering so far, @weloveperfect10 facial and mani at home feeling very spoilt!" she posted, followed by photos of her and her sister alongside the captions, " Bday vibes!" and "Sister love!"The beauty and fashion addict is busy making the final preparations for her wedding to rapper fiancé Professor Green who she will marry in September, and is said to be very happy with her decision to quit the reality TV show.Millie has called the Chelsea environment an "unhealthy" one, and likened it to the US teen series Gossip Girl."I'm not going to create a drama just to be part of it," she said. "Chelsea is a bubble and not a healthy one. It's that Gossip Girl environment and people just don't grow out of it."

The Quality Street heiress has had her fair share of drama on the series, and publicly broke-up with her former co-star boyfriend Hugo Taylor in one episode when she found out he had cheated on her with her best friend Rosie Fortescue.Earlier this year fellow cast member Spencer Matthews revealed he thought Millie would be the next one to leave show. "Millie is about to get married and have a very different life," he said. "She'll probably have kids. It's going to be very difficult for her to be in and around Made In Chelsea with all that going on."
