Lindsay Lohan has left rehab after successfully completing her 90-day court-ordered stay. She looked happy and healthy as she waved goodbye and climbed into the car waiting outside the Cliffside Malibu Rehab Center in California.

The Mean Girls star looked stylish in a summery blue dress and tan suede jacket, and wore her naturally red hair loose with subtle pink streaks. While her departure from rehab is much welcomed by the young actress, Lindsay is said to be spending an additional three or four days in a "lower level sober living facility" before she returns to normal life, according to TMZ

She is reportedly moving to New York and is said to be "scared about the temptations she'll face," an insider told the website.

Lindsay was first ordered into rehab as part of her plea deal for reckless driving and giving false information to police about her involvement in a car crash in June 2012. She spent the first part of her treatment at the Betty Ford Center, also in California, but requested a transfer halfway through the process.

This is not the first time that Lindsay has been admitted into rehab and has also been sentenced to jail before. In 2011 she was given 30-days in a Los Angeles County prison but served less than five hours due to overcrowding in the jail.

A court hearing pertaining to her case this time round has been scheduled for Wednesday, but the actress is not expected to attend unless she breaks her probation order.

Meanwhile, Lindsay has planned to keep herself busy and has signed a deal with Oprah Winfrey's OWN network which will produce an eight-part documentary about her life. "OWN will air an exclusive interview with Oprah and Lindsay Lohan that will tape and air in August and an eight-part documentary series with Lindsay for 2014," confirmed a spokeswoman from the Oprah Winfrey Network. The eight-part series will document the actress' efforts to remain healthy and her acting comeback following her three-month rehab stay.
